We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
For your convenience, Paypal, and Paypal Credit are also offered, via the paypal website. If you choose to pay via Paypal or Paypal Credit, you will be taken to Paypal.com to complete the payment.
We also accept payment via check. If you choose to pay by check, your order will be shipped only after we receive payment and the check has cleared. Unless you have pre-arranged terms with us, we will hold your order pending receipt and clearance of your payment for up to 10 days

We ship worldwide!
We make every effort to make sure your order goes out quickly. It generally takes two days from the first business day that we receive your order for an order to leave our facility. If you have a question regarding the day your package will be delivered, or if you require that it is delivered by a certain date you must contact us to find exactly when your order will go out. Once your order leaves our facility, UPS or USPS will be responsible for the guarantee date of delivery for your package.
Remember: When counting shipping days in transit, do not count the day the package was picked up. For example, if your order leaves our facility on a Tuesday, and you have selected "3 Day Select" shipping, the shipping days in transit are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Therefore, your package would arrive on that Friday.
Preorder or Backorder:
When purchasing an item that is listed as Pre-order or Back order, please note that all items in one order will ship together. If you want available items to ship before the unavailable items' "expected ship date" please order them separately from any items that are not currently ready to ship.
Returns: We will gladly accept returns on skin, hair, and body care products used or unused, as well as all of our equipment as long as it is unused. If for some reason you are not satisfied with Ajara products, you can return any full size products within 30 days from the date of your invoice for a full refund. Unfortunately Ajara cannot issue refunds for products that have been depleted by 25% or more.
On any returned item, we do not refund the original shipping and handling cost for your package. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept items that were not purchased directly from Ajara. If you purchased Ajara products through another vendor, either online, in person, or over the phone, please contact that company directly.
To return a product,
place the item you are returning in safe packaging, and write the return number on the box.
make a copy of the original invoice, mark the items you are returning.
write the reason for the return.

For damaged goods/wrong goods sent:
Merchandise to be returned for an exchange within 20 days from the date of invoice. Ajara will pay for the return shipping by sending a UPS call tag. Please call Customer Service at (678) 498 7248 to arrange for an exchange. When calling, make the agent aware that you ordered on AjaraSkinCare.com
If any of the equipment is faulty it may be exchanged for a new piece of merchandise in satisfactory condition (certain restrictions apply).
